Lived experiences of climate change impacts and adaptation strategies among tourism-dependent rural communities in Chiawa, Lower Zambezi

A qualitative study based on interviews and field observations examines how hydro-climatic variability affects tourism, livelihoods and local adaptation in Zambia’s Chiawa Chiefdom. It recommends inclusive, place-based governance and livelihood diversification.
