Article Processing Charge

The Journal of Environmental Education Research and Sustainable Development (JEERESD) charges an article processing charge (APC) of 100 USD to cover the costs of publication. However, the APC may vary depending on the author's regional location. The following conditions apply:

1. Authors from low-income countries, as defined by the World Bank, are eligible for a 75% of the APC.
2. Authors from lower-middle-income countries, as defined by the World Bank, are eligible for a 50% discount on the APC.
3. Authors from upper-middle-income countries, as defined by the World Bank, are eligible for a 25% discount on the APC.
4. Authors from high-income countries are required to pay the full APC of 100 USD.

To be eligible for a waiver or discount, authors must provide evidence of their country's income classification, such as a link to the World Bank's country classification webpage. The journal reserves the right to verify the author's country classification.

The APC is payable upon acceptance of the manuscript for publication. The journal will provide instructions on how to pay the APC after the manuscript has been accepted. The APC covers the costs of publication, including peer review, editing, typesetting, and online hosting. The journal does not charge any additional fees for color figures, page charges, or submission fees.

The journal is committed to ensuring that the APC does not pose a barrier to publication for authors from low- and middle-income countries. The journal also recognizes that some authors may not have access to funding to cover the APC. In such cases, the journal will consider requests for waivers or discounts on a case-by-case basis.
